Public Offer

1. General provisions

The Buyer undertakes:

provide reliable contact and payment information;
pay for the order on time;
check the integrity of the goods upon receipt.

9. Liability of the parties

The seller is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if it is a result of actions of third parties or force majeure circumstances.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

10. Processing of personal data

The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the site.

11. Intellectual property

All materials posted on the site are the property of the Seller or its partners and are protected by law. Copying and using materials without permission is prohibited.

12. Change of terms of the offer

The Seller has the right to change the terms of this offer. The changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.

13. Term of the contract

The contract is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of the offer by the Buyer – placing an order on the website. It is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
