Delivery

Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine using Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta services. Delivery time is from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the region. International delivery is available for most countries. The terms and cost of shipping depend on the recipient’s country.

Payment

For the convenience of customers, several payment options are available:
– cash on delivery (cash on delivery, only in Ukraine);
– online bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
– non-cash payment to the account of an individual entrepreneur.

If you choose payment upon receipt, please pick up the parcel on time. Orders that have not been received are returned to the warehouse, and subsequent orders can only be placed after prepayment.

Exchange and Return

The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used, have preserved tags and original packaging.

The refund is made after receiving and checking the goods for compliance with the return conditions.
